Beliefs
HBC believes the Bible to be God's Holy Word and gives us instruction for life on this earth as well as the life to come. The basics of our beliefs are stated in the Baptist Faith and Message.
We accept candidates for membership in three ways: Baptism, Statement, and Letter.
Baptism: An individual who has professed Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior and wishes to unite with the church through believers Baptism
Statement: An individual who has professed Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior, and has experienced believers Baptism by immersion.
Letter: An individual who has professed Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior, has experienced Baptism by immersion, and wishes to unite with our church from a sister Baptist Church.
